There are 3 main causes causing large pores: oily skin, age and sun exposure. Skin produces sebum, an oily substance to protect the skin from drying out. People with oily skin tend to have large pore due to oil and dirt blocking the pores and making them look larger than they normally would. Sun damage, which typically accumulates with age, causes the skin around the pores to become thicker, making them look bigger.
In general, large pores are best treated with laser, peeling and radio frequency. We particularly like to use a combination of Fractional Q-Switched Nd:YAG, Frac3 Long Pulsed Nd:YAG and Fractional Erbium YAG laser for a noticeable and sustainable result.
Results may be observed after just 1 session. With more treatments, you will see better results.
